1949 Mercury coupe with a professionally executed chop top and a great profile: a perfect foundation for a lead sled or traditional custom.
Most of the custom sheet metal work is already done. The trunk pan and rockers still need replacing. Metal work can be arranged with a local Grain Valley, MO shop with 40+ years of high-end builds, finished in about 30 days after the sale (ask in the comments for details).
It's a rolling project with no engine or transmission, so you can drop in the powertrain you want. Everything shown in the photos goes with the car. Located in the Kansas City, MO area.
